If you are on the cusp (aka between sizes) and aren't sure which size to choose, keep in mind it's most important that your heel fits well in the heel cup of the insole - it should be 'in' the heel cup, not 'on' it.

Superfeet Black is a durable and adaptable, low arch insole, designed for slim-fitting shoes, that offers long-term, superior performance and boosts the support and fit of a broad range of footwear.

Black is ideal for general-purpose applications and boasts a slim cut that can be adjusted to fit a variety of moderate to low-profile shoes. This thin low arch height insole can even be applied to some shoes that don't have removable insoles.
